The menu has 8 options.  Edit, Cut, Copy and Delete work as expected.  Revisions allows you to pull up a screen with every revision of the blurb.  You can compare multiple blurbs to see what someone erased.  You can reactivate a prior version, copy some text, then reactivate the latest revision and paste the text in.  The Permissions option controls access to the blurb.  There is a discussion of Permissions here .
